Yes, I gave birth to my very beautiful daughter this august.

Anyway, let’s get back to our today’s blog, which is about a book that helped me so so much without even reading it fully yet.
I am talking about You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay.
I highly recommend this book as I am halfway through it now.
Although I started reading it now, I have had this book on my shelf for many years and I keep referring to it for ‘THE LIST’.
The book has a list of almost all the diseases that exist in this world, mental causes/negative thought patterns due to which diseases occur, and positive affirmation for each disease to reframe our subconscious beliefs.
The best part? It's in alphabetical order and too easy to navigate through. See image below.
Ever since I discovered that list, I refer to it whenever a physical illness manifests in my body and the book never failed to help me cope with it.
I was able to put the list to use because of my prior knowledge of thoughts, beliefs, and affirmations. I already knew that everything starts with a thought and hence, I did not need to read the book first to make complete use of the list.
If you too believe that every disease in your body is due to negative thoughts/experiences, then I assure you that this book will solve 90% of your problems.
Even during the post-partum, when I was handling a lot simultaneously, this book helped me to recover better and eased my pain.
Can’t thank the author enough for providing gems of wisdom packed in this one book. It should be a must-read for everyone and even a part of the school syllabus.
